‘Scotties in the City’ Art Trail.

Milngavie is taking part in the Scotties in the City art trail, a vibrant art trail event set to bring thousands of visitors to the area all whilst supporting Maggie’s, the charity that provides support for people with cancer and their friends and family.

With thousands of visitors expected to follow the trail, there’s a real buzz building around what this could bring to the town. The aim is to encourage many more people to experience Milngavie for the first time.

Pop along for a visit to Milngavie from 18th June to 16th August to meet our "Westie" and get a family photo. As many thousands of walkers from all over the world pass through Milngavie this summer, they will be photographed with Westie.
Don’t’ miss your chance to get your photo opportunity.

Westie will be located at the start of the West Highland Way. He recently completed the walking adventure himself with the Milngavie Business Improvement District (BID) team who are sponsoring Westie during the campaign.
