Fleetwood Mac’s “Say You Love Me” never gets mentioned in conversations about guitar solos, but it’s a perfectly phrased melodic gem with just enough bite to lift the track without stealing the spotlight. 🎸

To help recreate Lindsey Buckingham’s bright yet warm vintage tone on this track, I used DR Tite-Fit 10-46 strings. DR still makes these strings using traditional round core wire, rather than the more common hex core shape that gradually became widespread in the mid-‘70s.

Round core strings have a fuller tone and richer sustain - a great choice if you’re chasing lead guitar tones of this era.
