We only have a small number of our extremely popular OO-gauge GER S56 / J69 Class No.87 left! These stunning models from Accurascale feature a fully detailed cab area including an easily removable roof which is fixed by magnets, and a flickering firebox glow.

No.87 is the only preserved example of the J69 Class, and currently resides at the Bressingham Steam Museum.

Only sound fitted units remain for £239.99.

We're excited to confirm that the upcoming Railway Icons WD Austerity sound fitted model will feature Ellis Clarks' new NEXUS dual output decoder in an immersive stereo sound system. This means two specially fitted speakers, one in the tender and one in the forward section of the locomotive, so you can play different sounds at different volumes at the same time for a unique spatial audio experience.

Ellis Clark are calling their new system a 'sound decoder like no other' which offers a 'next level' of realism. NEXUS is compatible with most modern DCC sound systems, and also enables enhanced lighting features and motor control.

The confirmed price for the stunningly detailed sound fitted version is £415, with all models expected in late summer 2026. The DCC ready version will be £295.

We are excited to share new sample imagery of our Railway Icons Caledonian Railway No.419, manufactured by Bachmann. Our striking blue livery is based on how the locomotive appeared at the 1975 Cavalcade at Shildon for the 150th Stockton and Darlington anniversary celebrations.

No.419 will be available in DCC Ready for £184.95, DCC Sound for £294.95, and DCC Sound Deluxe which features auto uncoupling for £324.95.

After high demand, we are pleased to say that we have been able to secure extra units on the DCC Ready versions of our upcoming N Gauge Class 66 releases from Revolution Models. No.66710 and No.66719 will be resplendent in GBRf's Railway 200 livery and with now less than 20 units of each running state available on our website for pre-ordering, they won't be a common sight on layouts around the country!

Another quality offering from Rapido, our Railway Icons collection OO-gauge Highland Railway No.109 is currently available in DCC ready for £219.95 and sound fitted for £319.95. This spectacular and very distinctive model depicts No.109 in HR Drummond II Green livery (as it ran in 1916-1923).

The Highland Railway's 'Jones Goods' were a class of steam locomotives, recognised primarily for being the inaugural class to feature a 4-6-0 wheel arrangement in the British Isles.

Sharp, Stewart and Company constructed and delivered fifteen 'Jones Goods' locomotives, numbered 103 to 117, between September and November 1894. These locomotives held the distinction of being the most powerful main line engines in the country at the time of their manufacture. While primarily designed for freight transport, they frequently found themselves pressed into service for passenger duties, given the substantial variations in traffic volume experienced by the Highland Railway.

Although the colours will be slightly lighter on the finished product, we think this brilliant sample demonstrates well how detailed and eye-catching this showstopper model will be.

No.91150 will come with all the features present on Hornby's well-loved Class 91 models, including separately fitted detail parts, a 21 Pin DCC decoder socket and a smooth and powerful drive motor system. It is available in DCC Ready for £244.99 or Sound Fitted for £299.99. Either can be secured for a £30 deposit with full balance payments required before we dispatch your order.
