As the seasons change, it’s easy to get an itchy throat or a dry cough. 🤒 It’s a great time to add a nourishing soup to your diet to help soothe your body. We recommend Pear & Goji Berry Herbal Tonic Soup: great for prevention and recovery from chest congestion and cough
Container 🍲 Traditional French lion’s head soup tureen
Recipe 🗒️

1. Bring water to a boil 🫖
2. Add whole pears or chopped pears (🍐 Use quality snow pears if available. Feel free to check our shop’s decor pears too 😉 )
3. Add goji berries
4. Add ginger and cinnamon 🫚
5. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15~20 mins
6. Let it cool for a few minutes, then strain into a container.
7. Add honey 🍯 and enjoy!
