We’re looking for a Junior Interior Architect to join our award-winning team and grow with us on exciting, high-profile projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-driven designer at the early stages of their career to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative, creative studio environment.

About the role
• Assist in the design and development of interior architecture projects from concept to delivery
• Produce drawings, visuals, and presentation materials
• Support senior designers across multiple project stages
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team

About you
• Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
• 0–3 years of professional experience
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This exceptional project, located within the Davenport Hotel in the heart of Dublin, represents a significant milestone for our team and a highlight of the year.

The spa features a beautifully crafted lap pool, a soothing hydrotherapy pool, immersive steam rooms, calming saunas, a collection of thoughtfully designed relaxation spaces and individually designed changing suites. Each element was meticulously constructed within the constraints of a highly complex basement excavation, all carried out while the hotel continued operating—an impressive feat that required coordination, precision, and innovation at every stage.

With a stunning design vision led by 21SPACES, Bask Spa stands as a true showcase of creativity, engineering, and craftsmanship. It is a space we are incredibly proud of, well done team

Thanks to the Ege team in Herning, Denmark for our behind the scenes tour of their super sustainable factory and ethos. 100% of their carpet backing is made from plastic waste and production is now run on electric energy reducing CO2 by 40%. And it’s all surrounded by their re-wilded land complete with native bison and shetland ponies.
