Such a beautiful surprise today when my lovely client arrived with the most stunning bouquet of flowers and a heartfelt thank you card.

Happy big birthday to my beautiful sister Sinéad ❤️

What a wonderful weekend celebrating such a milestone — one we’ll remember forever🥰.

It was particularly special for me to create bespoke dresses for the occasion and to see my beautiful sister Sinéad and sister in laws Rebecca and Olivia .english.9 wearing SÓ by Rhoda with such grace and elegance❤️

To think that SÓ by Rhoda was only created this year, and that we could all wear pieces from the label for such an important family celebration, made the weekend even more special.

And the lovely part is that these dresses won’t only have one night out. These fabulous new designs will be arriving into the Designer Room showroom shortly and will be available to RENT, ready to be part of many more special occasions.

A fascinating behind-the-scenes visit to Vision Ireland today.

A huge thank you to the team for taking the time to show us what really goes on behind the scenes — from the sheer volume of donations arriving, to sorting, processing and distributing clothing across their network of stores nationwide.

The scale of it is quite incredible.

But if there was one takeaway for me today, it was this: we really need to be more mindful about what we buy.

Seeing the sheer amount of clothing already in circulation really makes you stop and think. There is so much beautiful pre-loved clothing already out there — we could probably never buy another new item and still have more than enough to choose from.

So before buying new, have a look at what’s already out there. Shop pre-loved, support these incredibly worthy charities and give beautiful clothing another life. ❤️♻️

And of course, we couldn’t leave without having a look at the designer section… 👀

A huge thank you to everyone at Vision Ireland for the warm welcome and for such an eye-opening visit — and to Brown Box Catering for the absolutely delicious food. ❤️
