📦 Important Information for Customers Placing International Orders
We have shared this information several times on our page, and it is also stated in the Shipping Information section of our website.
Customers who place an international order are responsible for checking and understanding the import rules, product restrictions, taxes, duties, and customs requirements of the destination country before completing their purchase.
Import regulations vary by country and may also differ by state or region. When we already know that a specific product is prohibited in a destination, we do not ship it. However, we cannot contact every customer individually to ask whether they have checked their local import rules. As the importer, the customer is generally more familiar with the regulations in their own country.
Please note that the shipping amount paid at checkout covers shipping only. It does not include import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country.
Once duties, taxes, or customs charges have been assessed by the destination country, these charges are not refundable by Norbites. Shipping costs are also non-refundable if the shipment is delayed, restricted, rejected, or returned because of customs clearance or local import regulations.
Our DHL Express delivery time of approximately 72 hours after dispatch is an estimate. Delivery may take longer because of customs clearance, local requirements, the recipient’s location, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control. Delays caused by customs do not qualify for a refund of the shipping cost.
The shipping rate shown at checkout is calculated automatically by DHL, which is integrated into our online shop. Norbites does not set or add extra shipping charges after the order has been dispatched.
Missing, incorrect, or damaged items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Any missing, incorrect, or damaged item must be reported within 24 hours, together with clear photos of the package, shipping label, packaging, and all products received.
Claims reported after this period may no longer be possible to verify and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Please check your destination country’s import requirements carefully before placing an order to help avoid delays, returns, or unexpected charges.
