As the colder months settle in, we’ve decided to adjust our opening hours so we can spend a little more quality time with our family. 💙

Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and for being part of the BobaLab community. We truly appreciate every visit, every order, and every friendly chat.

Our new winter hours are:

🧋 Thurs: 12pm–5pm

Easy Home-made Brown Sugar Boba
(2 Servings)
🛒 Ingredients
Brown Sugar: 200g
Tapioca Flour: 200g
Warm Water: 120g
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1 Dissolve brown sugar in warm water.
2 Mix the dough and gradually pour the syrup into the tapioca flour while mixing. 🚫 Don’t pour all at once.
3 Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky.
4 Shape the boba by cutting the dough into strips, then small pieces, and roll them into balls.
5 Done! You are now ready to cook the brown sugar boba.
