Easy Home-made Brown Sugar Boba
(2 Servings)
🛒 Ingredients
Brown Sugar: 200g
Tapioca Flour: 200g
Warm Water: 120g
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1 Dissolve brown sugar in warm water.
2 Mix the dough and gradually pour the syrup into the tapioca flour while mixing. 🚫 Don’t pour all at once.
3 Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky.
4 Shape the boba by cutting the dough into strips, then small pieces, and roll them into balls.
5 Done! You are now ready to cook the brown sugar boba.
