Day two in the merchant mall at Threads of Connection in Palmerston North. Open 8.30 to 4.30 at Palmerston North Boys High School until Wednesday when we close at 2pm. Lots of merchants and stunning Guild displays.

I delivered all the entries for the Threads of Connection exhibition to Square Edge Community Arts gallery in Palmerston North this morning. It was such a lovely day I went for a walk along George Street and spied two windows with embroidery displays. Forget Me Not Flowers has work by Maree Burnand (Maree Burnnand) while across the road Bruce McKenzie Booksellers has a wonderful display of embroidery books with work by Jo Dixey (Jo Dixey). Well worth a look-see👀. The Threads of Connection exhibition opens this Saturday and will be on for all of July.

The studio will be closed this week and next week while I attend the Threads of Connection Embroidery Conference in Palmerston North. The merchant mall at PN Boys High School opens at midday on Saturday 4th July and closes 2pm on Wednesday 8th. Lots of merchants and guild displays to see.
