We’re nearly at the magic metre on the 2000m snow stake! Someone’s definitely flipped the snow switch for the second half of the season, and all our trails are loving it. ❄️✨
Out West, the crew are making solid progress. The haul rope comes off the Far West T-bar every year, as its location and the risk of icing mean the lift would be at serious risk of damage. Each winter, we have to wait until there’s enough snow to push a T-line and create access trails. We got that snow in the past week, and now we’re holding out for a solid stretch of clear weather to safely roll out the rope, as we can’t risk it getting buried under fresh snow. The West Ridge Quad is also in the plan, and we’re aiming to line up its debut with the next good weather window, so keep an eye on our socials.
