Oh No, as much as I hate to think about it, it seems Xmas is coming.
Advent Calendars hit the store this week. The Lego ones are always popular, theres a new Wasgij one and there's a cute little colouring one too.

Hello Orewa.
We here at Paper Plus are looking for a couple of retail superstars to join our team.
We have two permanent part time, Sunday positions to fill.
We need a couple of people on Sundays between 9 am and 4.30 pm.
If you are interested in applying, please send us your CV and a brief cover letter outlining why you would be awesome in the role.

We need at least one person with previous retail experience ideally in a keyholder capacity.
Flexibility to do the odd extra day here and there would be nice (especially in the run up to Xmas).
An enjoyment of books and the ability to hold a conversation about them would put you to the head of the line.
A customer 1st attitude, ability to work in a team and a cheerful disposition are the most important attributes we will be looking for.

We only have a very small amount of stock for this release.
We will take pre-orders and hold the stock for Friday only, 1 box per customer, anything not collected by EOD Friday will be released for regular sale on Sat.

We have managed to secure a couple more ETBs and Booster Boxes.
They are available in the shop now on a 1st come 1st served basis.
If you missed out on our pre order, or you want an extra one, get down to the shop ASAP.

Its Pitch Black release this Friday!
We now know how much stock we will have so we can take pre orders for ETBs, 3 Booster Blisters and Booster Bundles. Supplies are very limited so only 1 of each per person. We will have individual boosters available instore but wont be taking orders for those.
We will need your name and ph number to hold stock and will hold items until the end of day Sat.

We are half way through the year already? How did that happen?
Time to check on my reading challenge.
I want to read 52 books this year, one for each week. I'm just over 30 done so far, ahead of target but with some long books on my tbr pile it may be a tight finish to the year.
Does anyone else set themselves a target like this? Have I read anything you want to? Anyone have a recommendation on what to read next?
