Peterbilt 379 with a MXS C-15 Cat.

Came in for excessive blow-by. Found broke piston rings, stuck intake valves, worn rods, bad jake brake solenoids (that were super glued in), wiring harnesses, fuel lines, and a bunch of other terrible quality work from a previous shop. Hard to believe this engine supposedly had 23k miles on it.

It ended up getting a Full In-Frame, Stage 2 Head, C16 Injectors, Single Turbo, Full-Tilt Manifold, and a few other upgrade goodies. Topped off with custom tuning.

Replacement of all 8 injector pigtails.

CAT 299d2 out SW of Elida, NM.

-Replaced complete cooling system. Radiator, waterpump, hoses, and thermostat with fresh coolant flush.
-Replaced ECM and engine wiring harnesses, with a few sensors.
-Repaired broke dpf filters from rubbing and bad clamps.

2020 Freightliner Cascadia with a DD13 out in Vernon, Tx.

Had to replace CPC and factory program everything to work properly.
Rewired obd2 port where someone cut and spliced with scotch locks into the factory harness.
