We’re here in Cremona for Mondomusica!

Everyone knows that Cremona is the center of the violin universe; it’s the town where the greats of our trade plied their craft: Stradivari, Guarneri, Amati, Bergonzi, Storioni, and many others. It is still a major center of violin making to this day.

Mondomusica is the most important exhibition in the world for high quality stringed intrument making.

Since 2002, world’s best string instruments makers, leading manufacturing companies for violin making accessories and supplies, music publishers and dealers have been gathering in Cremona every year to meet the most qualified international buyers as well as professional and amateur musicians from the four corners of the world.

If you happen to be here as well, come visit us at Booth 171, where we’re showcasing Henri Delille / Pierre Marcel Instruments. Stop by and take a look at the instruments.

We’d love to see you in Cremona!

I moved to Western Massachusetts in the summer of 1986. One of the first people I met upon moving was a musician named Craig Eastman. We quickly became friends, and now, 40 years later, I can say that we are friends for life. Craig is an exceptional musician as well as an exceptional person. He won the New England Fiddle Championship at age 13; his skills as a fiddle player are amazing. He went on to study at Hampshire College (RIP) where he met other players, soon forming the band The Sun Dogs. He gained a huge following in Western Massachusetts and beyond, performing at venerable venues with his band and as accompanist to many famous musicians.
