Sitting pretty...

Just like every musician, every Blood Moon guitar is different. It will have its own distinct figuring: some will have straight, pronounced vertical grains; some will have horizontal 'flaming'; and some may even have a combination of the two. 🔥

But, as our workshops only use the finest, solid Javanese Trembesi tonewood to make these incredible instruments, the sound will always be warm and balanced. 🎶

🔥 Sunbursts, To***co Bursts, or graduated colour-finishes have a history that dates to the violin makers of the 17th and 18th centuries, but it was in the early 20th century that the technique began to be applied to acoustic guitars.
