we didn’t really intend to be atlanta’s astro central, but maybe it all started with hanging an “occult books” remake neon from the 1989 film ghostbusters 2 as a halloween/joke/iykyk situation. enough people asked if we really carried occult books that we decided we probably should, or take the neon down, but I lost the allen wrench that fit the screw and really I didn’t try that hard to find it. so occult books it was! from there we’ve carried lots of texts about astrology, hosted monthly tarot with Meredith White, Charlie Watts | AURA PHOTOGRAPHY pop ups, and some of our staffers have been learning about natal/hellenistic astrology from Amy Angelo ✺ for the better part of this year. every cash-wrap convo will probably include a light horoscope reading du jour, and CHANI is kinda always on call around here.
