Eight of us.Nationwide. Hand-selected. This wasn’t a standard service clinic. This was deep-dive, engineering-level suspension work — advanced damper architecture, tolerance stacking, dynamic diagnostics, proprietary tooling, and process refinement straight from the source.

When a brand like RockShox limits a room to eight technicians across the country, the expectation is clear: mastery, precision, and leadership in the field.

Stephen Villegas of Trek Bikes Lamar was hand selected to attend this great opportunity!

"After 25+ years in suspension, I can say this — it’s rare to sit in a room where every single person operates at that level. No fluff. Just high-level discussion about oil flow, shim behavior, IFP dynamics, air spring curve manipulation, and real-world performance outcomes. Grateful to be part of the inaugural Tier One group. Proud to represent at the highest level. Always refining my craft."

Bring your Suspension to Stephen at Trek Lamar to have a certified Tech get your bike dialed!
