Some plants don't like dry soil, some plants don't like full sun. This Mimosa plant doesn't like to be touched or blown on and she let's you know it!

Mimosa pudica or The sensitive plant is just that, sensitive! They fold inward and droop to the stem to protect themselves from predators, then reopen after 15–20 minutes. How neat is that?!

They will also produce adorable soft, fluffy, pompom like flower heads that are a pale pink or lavender.

But don't let their cute flowers and unique self preservation tactics fool you, she also produces tiny thorns along the stem. She's really a unique and rebellious creature! Encouraging your curiosity of her curl, and then biting you for getting too close. Perhaps resembling our grumpy Greenhouse cat, Wheeler? 🤔
