🍭 We're Hiring! Join the Sugar Shack Team! 🍭

Sugar Shack Candy Store is excited to open our new downtown Belton location, and we're looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join the fun!

We're looking for someone who:

✅ Loves working with people and helping others
✅ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Is dependable, punctual, and enjoys being part of a team
✅ Is willing to learn and take direction
✅ Can work part-time 20-30 hours per week
✅ Is available to work weekends as needed
✅ Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
✅ Has retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not required!)

What You’ll Do:

🍭 Welcome customers and create a fun shopping experience
🍭 Help customers select candy and gifts
🍭 Stock shelves, candy bins, and displays
🍭 Operate the cash register
🍭 Keep the store clean and organized
🍭 Assist with promotions and special events
🍭 Receive and organize inventory deliveries
🍭 Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service

There’s still dust on the floors, tools everywhere, and plenty of work happening behind the scenes — but every day it’s looking a little more like the Sugar Shack we’ve been dreaming about.
