Mark your calendars! The 2026 Capitola Beach Festival is taking over the Village September 26–27 with this year’s theme: Toy Takeover.⁠

The weekend is packed with Capitola traditions and plenty of fun by the water. ⁠
⁠
Saturday brings the Little Wharf 3-Miler, Sand Sculpture Contest, co****le, children’s art, scavenger hunt, live music, Lighted Nautical Parade, and the festival’s first-ever drone show over the beach and Soquel Creek.⁠
⁠
Then Sunday keeps it going with the Fishing Derby, paddleboard race, ukuleles, horseshoes, chalk art, and rowboat races.⁠

The 2026 Capitola Art & W**e Festival is back September 12–13, bringing one of Capitola’s favorite annual traditions to the Village!⁠

Hosted by the Capitola-Soquel Chamber of Commerce, the festival brings together fine art, local w**eries, food, and live entertainment for a full weekend just steps from Capitola Beach. Even better, admission to the festival is FREE.⁠
⁠
Planning to w**e taste? Guests 21+ can purchase a 2026 Festival Glass for $20, along with tasting tokens available at Glass & Token booths throughout the festival. A valid ID is required.⁠
⁠
The festival is also an important fundraiser supporting the Capitola-Soquel Chamber, along with the local schools and community groups that help bring the event to life each year.⁠
