The same conversation keeps coming up lately, and it's honestly one of our favorites to have. Different people, different cities, different budgets, all wanting the same thing: to make a whole group of people feel welcomed and appreciated.
One was a company bringing a big group into Charlotte for a tech conference. They called looking for welcome box ideas, so we suggested greeting everyone with the flavors, traditions, and stories of the city itself. We filled a box with gourmet treats made right in Charlotte, added our artisan story sheet so they could get to know each maker, tucked in our Spirit of Charlotte enclosure with a little history of the Queen City, and finished it with a custom note from the hosts.
Just like that, every attendee felt a little more at home for the next few days.
