What do you do when a perfectly good little black bag has seen better days (and a few too many snags)? Distract, darling. DISTRACT.

And what better distraction than a giant, rhinestone-encrusted alligator?!

A little vintage rescue turned into a whole lot of personality. And apparently, it was love at first bite, because my old roommate snagged it before I could even post it!

Sheā€™s already taken this bedazzled beast out for a casual night on the town, but I REALLY canā€™t wait to see it make its black-tie debut.
