For a billion dollars, could you read one book a day, cover to cover, for an entire year? No days off. No skipping.

Could you do it?

"If you could only choose one…"

Luckily, you don't have to. 😂

We've got all the fall cookie favorites today:
🍪 Chocolate Chip
🍪 Brown Butter Oatmeal
🍪 Maple Pecan

And because apparently we have no self-control, we've also got Pumpkin Coffee Cake, Chai Spiced Scones with Maple Glaze, and Apple C***r Donuts.

We missed you yesterday! Come see us!

A little unexpected change of plans for tomorrow.

As much as we hate to do it, especially now that we’ve just started our new hours, The Bookery House will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday (9/22/2026).

There has been a lot going on here with a death in the family and Maddy being out on baby leave and still trying to safely recover from surgery, so we just had to make the decision to close for the day.

Thanks to everyone for being patient and bearing with us through this last weird week. We know there have been a lot of changes, and we really do appreciate everyone giving us some grace while we navigate it all. I promise we are trying our best. ❤️

If you have a middle schooler who walks across the street to the store after school, please make other arrangements for tomorrow.

Our new store hours and business as usual will resume Wednesday!
