Good morning! You can tell Middle Georgia University is in session. I notice that this year more students are venturing downtown. I enjoy talking with them and their lives.

Uniqueness NOW is open and keep in mind Christmas is around the corner. Definitely branched out into the collectable market. We have comic books, action figures, and Magic cards. We sell and buy any of the above.

Neat item, a store display of Re*****on knives with the key. Many of the original boxes and sheaths are in the display. $1,400. SOLD

No. 8 round griddle with fancy handle: $35, ready to use. Has a "48" stamped on the bottom. I wonder if it a manufacturer date stamp?

Fern Crest Guernseys Dairy Qt Bottle, out of Sanderville Ga. $50. The history behind this dairy makes for an interesting read. Fresh from a barn pick.

Finnish Mercantile Dairy, Waukegan Illinois $26

Both will be cleaned up, fun finds.

Yogi Bear Jellystone Park pennant, from North Ga. The park was in operation in the 70's and is no longer operating. $125

Speaking of Jellystone, if you haven't noticed all of the work and improvements at the local Yogi Bear's Jellystone Pk Camp RSRT, you need to take a look. They have events for kids all of the time.

Did you know this week there were two Thursdays? Yesterday I started the post "Thursday, time flies..". I received a phone call from one of my past students, who informed me it was not Thursday it was Wednesday. I thought about it, figured she finally wanted to tell me I was wrong about something, not really, she was concerned. I left the post as it was and ultimately no one else mentioned the error.

So this is the second Thursday of this week. Retired means you can rename the days as you see fit. Uniqueness NOW is open and ready for business.

Yesterday's lunch was egg rolls from Snow's Asian Grill, fantastic.

Today's post is some primitive tools. I will not name them, let's see if you know what they are and their use. Comment below. Each tool is $40.

Also a yellow coke crate. The last one I sold they used as a wall hanger for their son's hot wheel garage. $30

Today has been some of both, past students, new shoppers, and old shoppers have all come by today.

Today is collectables, action figures:

Marvel Icons: $30 and up
Marvel Select: $20 and up
GI Joe: $25 and up
Large Star Wars: $85 a figure.
Loose figures: $5 and up

The majority of the action figures are new in the box. The majority are 12" figures. Just a small part of an overall collection we acquired.
