🩷 A Little Real Talk (And a Lot of Gratitude) 🩷

Behind every custom order and late-night project is a beautiful, chaotic reality that I wouldn't trade for the world.

My days start long before the sun comes up, getting the kids ready and off to our incredible sitter (thank goodness for her and her family... Not sure where I'd be without them!). From there, it’s straight to work. Between commuting to Northern Virginia for my full-time job and running the kids back and forth, I spend 3 to 4 hours in the car most days. 🚘

When we finally get home, the second shift begins: homeschooling, playing games, dinner, baths, bedtime, and then diving into your beautiful orders.

Is it chaotic? Absolutely. Do I question my sanity? 100%. But the bills are paid, I'm trying to be the best mom I can be, and I’m pursuing what I love.

So, from the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU!

Thank you for your patience, your support, and your recommendations. You have no idea how much it means to me. Maybe someday I’ll get to do this full-time. But until then... I'll keep putting one foot in front of the other and continue moving forward. ☕✨

Forged in fire, built by teamwork. 🔥⚒️

I had the opportunity to organize a team-building event for my coworkers at Lawless Forge Sterling in Sterling, Virginia, and to say it was an unforgettable experience is an understatement.

There is nothing quite like stepping away from the daily routine, turning up the heat, and literally shaping something raw into a finished piece together.

Watching the team rally around the anvils, embrace the grit, and craft their own custom bottle openers from scratch was amazing.

To celebrate that hard work, I created custom displays for everyone so they can head home and show off their craftsmanship. Because when you put that kind of effort into building something by hand, you should display it proudly.

Huge shout out to Josh at Lawless Forge for an epic day, and to an incredible team that isn't afraid to get their hands dirty!

Actually seeing my work "in the wild" is such a thrill, but this is next level! Everest Base Camp is roughly 7,800 miles from home, yet there it is—my creation!

Base camp is not the summit, but seeing this piece reach those heights feels like a peak of its own. ✨
