Every day I ask myself, “Is this the right move?”

Should we go here?
Should I change that?
Should I buy this?
Should I pivot?

Some days it feels like running a small business is just making decisions and then immediately questioning them.

The frustrating part is that there’s rarely a clear right answer. No one hands you a roadmap. You make the best decision you can with the information you have, then hope it moves you forward.

Lately, I’ve been reminding myself that progress doesn’t come from making perfect decisions. It comes from making a decision, learning from it, and adjusting as you go.

We’re all just figuring it out one decision at a time.

I’m always so thankful for my family and friends. 🩷
