33rd district..there is no better choice. Due to a mistake made by the party, Jason Lamarks name will not appear on the ballot . ( it was not his actions, it was a filing mistake by others) please PLEASE vote for JASON LAMARK. He is honest, he is smart, he is the only choice! He is also Spruce ledge tree farms santa. Jason comes every year...and volunteers his time in his santa suit to wave and bring joy to the kiddos!! Just a demonstration of his character. Hes a good man . Vote for him!

Just a beautiful throw back. They say this is the best performance of our national anthem ever at a superbowl . Cant much say i disagree. Its pretty beautiful. Brings my pause to listen every time. If you dont feel moved... well... idk. But i am a Patriot of this land to the core. Politics out of it. Btw if you wonder about our flags , the Appeal to heaven flag was one of the original George Washington flags, ofcourse the center is 13 colonies...and the yellow on the left is the old saybrook regimine, that Cpt. Dan Platt and his younger brother both served in, during the revolution. CPT. Dan Platt was the first child born in Winthrop in 1738, here in our home, built in 1736 by his parents Obadiah and Hannah Platt in 1736 . Dan was wounded and returned here and eventually passed away at age 80 after raising a large family of his own who remained here in this home for several generations. Thies facts are documented in the original deed , and other documents that have been painstakingly researched about this historical treasure we call home, and can be found in the Deep River Historical Society. We are slowly and lovingly trying to bring its beauty back. It still needs alot. We are trying. We do not want it to be a museum of the past but a celebration of the endurance of its many many both sad and joyful years..and how it has sustained the mere few families who have owned it in all that time. The land here speaks to us. We are so grateful to be its loving stewards. We are still discovering its many simple treasures of its history ... stones cut in mysterious ways for structures long gone, arrowheads from the area that was once plentiful with native Americans, much ironwork in its original state and huge cooking fireplaces with cooking apparatice still in place. What a joy to hear the whispers of the past and smell the chimneys from long extinguished fires. May god keep this place safe for another 300 years and beyond. Peace to all who set foot on these so brutally fought for grounds. Every drop of American blood lost to create this country is remembered here. God bless America. UNITED WE STAND
