In this course, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Understand professional ethics
✨ Assess client needs and goals
✨ Develop case management and service plans
✨ Build skills for entry-level careers in human services

This course prepares participants for entry-level human services positions, including case management roles at local social service organizations and entry-level human service opportunities with St. Louis County.

🌟 Already completed an On-Ramp course? This is a great next step if you’ve completed Peer Recovery, Jump Into Childcare, or Trained Medication Aide and want to continue building your career pathway into healthcare and human services.
