Long before the world’s best young golfers arrive at the first tee, an event this massive exists only as blueprints, endless floor plans, and months of behind-the-scenes plotting.

At APR, our journey with the United States Golf Association - USGA for the 77th U.S. Girls’ Junior Championship at Old Chatham Golf Club actually started over a year ago. It takes months of walking the site, mapping out layouts, and collaborating on staging designs to get a venue tournament-ready. Our team (especially Todd) spent countless hours sweating over every single structure, tent configuration, and hospitality layout to make sure that when tournament week finally rolled around, the shift from paper to reality was totally seamless.

Putting together an infrastructure puzzle like this is a massive team sport. We were so proud to spend months planning and working side-by-side with our core operational partners:
