🍂 FALL Y’ALL 🍂

Fall officially started yesterday… this picture, however, was taken when it was about 100 degrees outside.

These guys have been grinding through the heat all summer, so I think the production crew has officially earned some cooler weather.

Bring on fall we’ve got plenty of trees left to tackle.

🌳 WE’RE GROWING OUR CREW!

Bullys Tree Service is looking for a full time CDL Driver / Tree Crew Member to join our team.

🚨 CDL REQUIRED — TREE EXPERIENCE IS NOT.

Tree industry experience is definitely a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

What matters most to us is a great attitude, strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a CDL
• Brings a positive attitude to work every day
• Shows up ready to work and can be counted on
• Takes safety seriously
• Works well as part of a team
• Wants to learn, improve, and build a career
• Tree care, equipment, chainsaw, or rigging experience is a bonus

WHAT WE OFFER:
✅ PTO
✅ Paid holidays
✅ Matched 401(k)
✅ On-the-job training
✅ Opportunity to grow within the company

Experience is valuable, but we’d rather train someone with the right attitude than hire someone experienced with the wrong one.

📩 Interested? Message us here on Facebook with your name, phone number, and a little about your work experience.

🌳 RIGHT TOOL. RIGHT JOB. 💪

A tree came down over this driveway and needed to be dealt with.

Tight access, plenty of surrounding trees, and a perfect opportunity to put the grapple saw to work.

Safe, controlled, and efficient

🌳 PART 2 — THE KO WAS THE RIGHT CALL 🥊

Part 1 showed the warning signs. Part 2 showed us just how bad it really was.

Once this white oak came down, the base told the story — significant decay throughout.

From the outside, it didn't look like much. Inside was a different story.

Knowing what to look for matters. Having the right equipment to handle it safely matters too.

Concerned about one of your trees? Have one of our Certified Arborists take a look.

🌳 LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING 🌳

At first glance, this large white oak didn't look too bad.

Take a closer look and the warning signs start showing up — tip dieback, fungal activity, bark separation and decay.

Sometimes the right answer is preservation. Sometimes it needs the KO. 🥊

Once removal was the call, our grapple saw crane and grapple truck went to work.

Have a tree you're unsure about? Let one of our arborists take a look.
