Holiday Hours Announcement: Closed Monday, September 7th for Labor Day

Please take note of our holiday shipping and customer service schedule for the Labor Day Holiday:

Monday, September 7th: CLOSED (Warehouse Operations, Support, & Shipping)

Tuesday, September 8th: Reopening at normal business hours

What this means for your orders & inquiries:

Online Store: Open 24/7! You can still order your ACs, awnings, and smart accessories anytime over the weekend.

Shipping & Fulfillment: Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing and packing on Tuesday, September 8th in the order they were received.

Customer & Tech Support: Email and phone support will be paused on Monday. Our team will respond to all product and order inquiries starting Tuesday morning.

Our team is taking the holiday to unplug, hit the road, and test out our gear in the wild. We appreciate your patience and support as we recharge!
