OK, for those that wanted posts. Up for sale are 7 slabs of Blue Lace Agate from Africa. There is a very nice translucency as seen in the last pic. There is some really nice banding, and this material takes an amazing polish. There is a fracture in the bottom of these slabs, but it is very easy to work around, and these slabs have not fallen apart while cutting, or being moved about. Lots of beautiful cabachons to be made from this. These will be $10 each. Most are roughly 1/4" thick, with one being slightly thicker, and one being slightly thinner.

Last day of WAMSI end of summer show in Rickreall Oregon. It's been great seeing a bunch of you that came by to say hi. I have been asked by several customers if I post online. I usually post equipment as I have it AND have time to sell it, but I have not posted cabs, or slabs, or rough. For those of you that have asked....I will make a real effort to get a few things posted each month.

Next show up is SWMS at the Cowlitz county fairgrounds event center at 1900 7th st Longview WA on Sept 19th and 20th 2026.

I have 2 pieces of equipment that are ready for sale. First I have a 12lb tumbler. The base looks home built, but the barrel is most likely a name brand barrel in good shape. This unit is $150, and is ready for use right now!

Item number 2 is a two headed sphere machine. This one looks home made. I purchased a HUGE LOT of equipment and rocks about 20 years ago. There was a lot of sphere making items in this LOT, and this is the last one. I was holding on to it just in case I wanted to make spheres when I retired, but my interest in that is dwindling as I am getting closer to that age. This unit turns on and off with no issues. The motors run smoothly and quietly. The handle on the end moves the heads closer or further apart depending on which way you turn the handle. This unit is $100

Headed to Madras Oregon this week for the Madras rock gem show. This will be held at the Jefferson County fairgrounds @ 430 SW fairgrounds rd, Madras Oregon. We will be there from June 25th through June 28th. This is an out door venue so all of the vendors can bring a LOT more product to display. Hope to see you there.

Big shout out to family for taking care of our home so we can do this trip.

First off I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to all of the volunteers and organizers at the Clackamette mineral and gem club for hosting the Canby show last weekend. Thank you!!

Next show will be Madras June 25th-28th 2026 @ the fairgrounds right off the HWY. It is a little ways away at this moment, but that gives me time to cut and polish some more rocks, and cabs, and to restock some other supplies. I am also going to try and get some equipment put together and in good to great working order for this show. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces, and getting to know some new ones. Yesterday, May 23rd 2026, was our first day at this show. Thank you to all that made it such an amazing day. Lots of vendors, silent auctions, door prizes, materials from around the world to local materials, fossils, gem stones, slabs, cabs, rough, geode cracking and so much more. Today May 24th is the last day of this show, and we would love to see you there.

We had a great show in Roseburg. Lots of new people and great conversations. Thank you to those that came to see us and spend some time at our booth. We hope to see you again next year, or at another show some time this year. Our next show is in Canby on the 23rd and 24th of May
