At its core, Pride month is intended to recognize LGBTQ+ people, their history, and their contributions while providing visibility and Inclusion. Not everyone agrees on the role or scale of the month. We recognize not everyone shares the same beliefs. However, here at Suddenly Sewing we choose to celebrate, acknowledge, and accept June as pride month. We have staff and customers alike that are part of the pride family. As we always say, spread kindness like it's confetti!
Happy Pride to all of us that recognize the need to show the power of love. I challenge each and every one of you to do a little research about some of the creative people that belong to the LGBTQ+ community and the accomplishments they have had in history.

Monday night madness will be postponed until Thursday night at 7pm. Between trying to get the store back together and the fire inspection we are running behind for tonight. See everyone then!

We are still awaiting our final inspection to receive our certificate of occupancy. Therefore we will NOT, be allowed to open quite yet to the public. Hopefully all goes well and we will officially open Tuesday or Wednesday. We look forward to sharing the new store with you very soon.
