🎟️ THIS EVENT IS FREE! The markets we host at FWBG are located outside of garden admissions, so there’s never a cost to attend our events.
FWBG is offering free admission Saturday, September 19th, for the rest of the beautiful 120 acre campus!

Bug & Bloom will join us September 19th & 20th at our 6th Annual 🦋Mariposa Market🦋 - part of ¡Celebramos! celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

When I first started making art with dried flowers these were the type of pieces I could only dream of making. Jewelry that makes people feel connected to the earth & that showcases the beauty of the nature encapsulated within them. Deciding what the vibe of the piece will be always begins by looking at the color, shape, & energy of the botanicals I’m working with. In this sense the plants become an assistant in the process. A big part of using once living things in my pieces has become about being a part of the solution & educating others. The more I fell in love with this form of art the more I was drawn to growing these plants & in doing so I also became even more passionate about my stewardship of this planet. The more art I make the more my yard has turned into an wildlife haven, & in this sense I became their assistant too.

We are counting down the days to our 6th Annual Mariposa Market Fort Worth Botanic Garden 🦋🎉

We return to Fort Worth Botanic Garden September 19th–20th. Join us for a fun day for the entire family!

Shop the wares of up to 50 local artisan vendors and enjoy a weekend filled with family-friendly activities, festive dancers, a petting zoo, face painting, Kid Zone, live music & more!

🌳 Location is everything! Mariposa Market takes place in the beautifully shaded Carters Grove. This space is surrounded by mature trees and lush grass, making it the perfect spot to browse and shop at your own pace, bring a blanket and relax between shopping, eating and watching the kids play!
