At Second Chance we pride ourselves in offering customers retail items at a lower cost. All of our items conditions vary from returns to off shelf items. Everything we get comes from warehouses from which we buy pallets of merchandise. Even though most of our items are small appliances we do get a little bit of everything from indoor to outdoor items. ve we been in business? We've been in business for more than 5 years. For now you can find us parked on Belmont Ave and Clark St. We don't have a building for our business but we do have our permits and papers for our business. If you wonder where we buy the pallets of merchandise we are more than welcome to tell you. How do we price our product? The pricing on each item depends on it's retail value which we deduct 40%. It's value depends on store market value, if none is available then we rely on online sites such as Amazon and eBay. Conditions of items? All items are inspected I it's condition and we make sure the product work as it should. Our only guarantee is that it works but customers have three days to make sure it works as intended. Refund? There are no refunds as long as we are able to give the customer a replacement. The only reason for a refund is if the product is at fault.
