Did you know you can add tea to your batter?
You can either steep a strong brew to replace the water in the recipe or you can do like I did and grind 2 tablespoons of tea into a powder and add it like a “spice”. It would also be great in pancake batter or a sweet bread🤤 Super easy and takes the dessert to the next level!
Obviously I haven’t tried all of our teas this way but I do enjoy Black, Puerh, and Oolong in a batter. It softens the notes of the heavy tea perfectly. Definitely a must try and with Autumn right around the corner😏our Fall flavors work magic in baked goods🍁🍂🍁🍂

Feeling Good Botanical Spritz
The ultimate calming summer refresher, blending soothing herbs with a bright pop of citrus.
Ingredients:
Feeling Good Flower - chilled
Ice
Floral Elixir - available in store
Sparkling Water
Lemon slices
Directions:
Brew tea and chill.
Add ice, tea, splash of floral elixir, top with sparkling water.
Garnish with lemon slices

Lavender Coconut Cooler
A relaxing, tropical black tea beverage
Ingredients:
Eclipse Cream - chilled
Lavender Sugar
Coconut Water
Club Soda
Ice
Lime wedge
Directions:
Brew tea and chill
Rim glass with lavender sugar
Add ice to the glass
Pour tea into the glass and then top with a splash of coconut water, club soda, and a squeeze of fresh lime

Citrus Green Spritz
The perfect afternoon pick-me-up
Ingredients:
Citrus Green Tea - chilled
Fresh Orange slices
Fresh Lime slices
Ice
Sparkling Water
Vanilla Sugar
Directions:
Brew tea and chill
Rim glass with vanilla sugar
Add ice to the glass and fresh oranges & lime slices
Add chilled tea to the glass and top with sparkling water
