☕ Busy week ahead at Rough Country! ☕
First things first — a huge thank you to all of you who keep coming through the door. You’ve been keeping the roaster fired up and we truly appreciate it.
Special Hours:

Saturday, September 12 → Open 10 AM – 2 PM
Monday, September 14 & Tuesday, September 15 → Open 10 AM – 7 PM

And fall is almost here… which means new flavors are coming soon:

Sticky Caramel Pumpkin Cake – Rich pumpkin spice with gooey caramel and soft cake-like sweetness
Caramel Apple – Sweet caramel meets crisp autumn apple
Spicy Maple – Warm maple with a little spicy kick
Pumpkin Crème Brûlée – Classic pumpkin finished with that toasted caramelized sugar note

These will be hitting the shelves soon and they won’t stick around long.

We created a special bag, roasted a specific bean the client chose, then cupped and graded it until it was dialed in just right.
This is the best part of what we do, getting to roast fresh, local, and exactly how someone wants it.

We’re incredibly grateful for every client who trusts us with their coffee. Business has been strong, the roaster has been busy, and none of this happens without the support of this community.

They just battled their way to 2nd place in the tournament — and they looked damn good doing it.
Great hustle, solid plays, and a whole lot of heart out there. Proud of every single one of you.

☕ Been a little quiet around here… ☕
We’ve been wiped out for two weeks straight and haven’t had much time to post. Business has been that good, and we’re truly grateful for every one of you who keeps coming through the door.
We’re currently working on a big order and doing our best to keep up.
Also — our Name the Roast contest is ending soon. We’ll be announcing a winner shortly and getting that limited Costa Rican Tarrazú batch roasted up.
Thank you for the continued support. It means more than you know.

Rough Country Roasters will have adjusted hours on Tuesday, August 11 as we celebrate a very special family milestone!
🎓 Our daughter is graduating from cosmetology school! ✂️
OPEN: 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
CLOSED: 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM
OPEN AGAIN: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM
We'll be taking a short break during the afternoon to attend the graduation ceremony and celebrate this exciting achievement with our family.
Thank you for supporting our family-owned business and for understanding as we cheer on our graduate. We look forward to serving you before and after the ceremony!
