Sustainable self care- products, ideas and resources to help you feel good, look good and do good. Feel good- both mind and body. Look good- smiling at yourself in the mirror. Do good, for you community and our planet. Our skincare products are made by hand in small batches with botanicals grown and picked by us. The seaweeds we use is sustainably harvested from the shores of remote Gotts Island.

We wild harvest Dulse, Sugar Kelp, Sea Lettuce, Irish Moss, Finger Kelp, and Nori. In the summer our studio is filled with flowers and herbs air drying. We focus on hardy plants with benefits to both skin and soul. A jar of Dulse & Rugosa is a mini vacation to Maine. We are more than great skin care. We're passionate about protecting our planet. We package as eco friendly as possible. We ship plastic free. Feeling good, both mentally and physically allows us to look good and do good. We're all in this together to support and uplift each other.

I am cleaning the dog smudges off the door because it’s ⏰ to sew. Our doors are OPEN for the next 3 weeks. We have classes with and also get in touch if you just want to hang out with a dog, some scissors, thread and of course fabric.

Are you a Mainer🦞🌲?
Going to the Hancock County Dem shindig or planning on remote voting for delegates Saturday? My friend Erin Roy is hoping to be a delegate. I met Erin when I was collecting signatures for Maine senate. Politics! It’s a crazy world.
I’m making her a pocket altar as I need some examples for my upcoming class with When you are creating an altar you get the opportunity to manifest and dream and find real items to represent and symbolize what you hope for. Lots of us are hoping for change. Creating something real gives your dreams a place to land. I learned this from Gina I’m so thankful for her practical wisdom. And I’m thankful my mom, Rose, taught me to sew.

Do something with your hands so your being can chill, just for a bit. Do something with your hands and others and you’ve started community

Went to a Goddess Gathering last night. Thanks to ER and 🌙 for hosting. I had an opportunity to do things on my manifestation menu including some “woo woo” crafting. We made abundance vessels. The idea came from Gina She had some words of wisdom that have stuck with me. “The matriarchy needs money. We need more good women with more good money to do more good things” and “ we need to create space IRL for our dreams to land”.
Crafting, creating with our hands is good for us. It’s good for our mental health, it can give our anxious brains a break and when we create together we create community.
Not going to lie, I’ve been struggling with community. I’ve had a bit of community heartbreak, feeling like I’m way, way, way too sensitive and kinda weird. So it was really calming to be in a space of acceptance.
Last, I’ve been away with family and it’s been sad. My mom, Rose loved to create and she really loved a good gathering. If you want to create with textiles let me know. The front of my studio is set up for a makers space. You can come create whatever your heart desires. And we have a bunch of classes in partnership with Taking a class is a great way to create something cool and make a new friend.

We are offering a bunch of classes with in about a week, info on their website and ours. Also it’s taking a few days to get back into life after being away but my open studio, free for all, make what you want offer is out there. Just respond on the calendar website or email or text. I need a heads up otherwise I might be picking roses or reading by the water.

I’ve been quiet because I’ve been on a family journey to say goodbye to my mom and hang out with my dad. Lots of emotions for sure. But healing 💫⭐️🌹
