Walking through Hmong Town and talking to people about my balm was such a meaningful experience. ❤️

Almost every elder I spoke with shared that they experience some kind of joint or muscle discomfort. When I introduced them to my comfrey balms, they were genuinely excited and happy to learn about something they could apply topically.

And then something happened that I’ll never forget—two elders actually chased after me because they wanted to buy more! 🥹❤️

Moments like that make me stop and realize… I really am doing something meaningful here.

My balms aren't something you have to take orally. They are topical balms that you simply apply to your skin, and knowing that they have brought comfort to me and so many others makes me incredibly proud of what I’m creating.
