When you can fill the canner up you did a well done job ! 16 pints fresh sugar snap peas with 1 tablet each jar of niacin to keep it fresh color and a pinch of Redman real salt …I only use Forjars canning lids now …. They are a great lid . Also have great sales when you need to stock up ! . Now get the pressure up to 10 lbs the we set the timmer 40 minutes…the let it cool down on it’s own… remove them slowly then cover with towel till tomorrow the happy pop pop pop

Took 3 days to dry my Homemade Dill Havarti cheese … now all sealed and into the frig to age for about 3 months then it’s good to eat ! 😋😋

Certainly a nice batch of peas our last pull for the season…and I really enjoyed using my new harvest apron it worked great 👍 😉.
Now we can shell inside and that will be here and there till they are all done… Grateful for the Harvest and the wonderful breeze ! 🙏🏡😉😋
