IMPORTANT UPDATE — 30TH ANNIVERSARY EVENT RESCHEDULED

Trainers, we have received an important update from our distributor regarding the Pokémon 30th Anniversary release.

Unfortunately, our product will not arrive until mid-day Wednesday, September 16th, meaning we will no longer be able to hold our Midnight Release on Tuesday night.

We have been informed that, due to concerns with stores releasing product before the authorized release date, distribution will not allow our shipment to arrive prior to the 16th. This is outside of ETB Games’ control, and we know this is disappointing—especially for those who already made plans to join us Tuesday night.

Rather than cancel, we’re moving the celebration!

Wednesday, September 16th
Registration/Check-In: 5:00–7:00 PM
Unlimited Tournament: 7:00 PM
Entry: $20

PRE-REGISTRATION & PRODUCT RESERVATIONS

Because product will now be available during normal release-day hours, we’re making some changes to ensure our tournament players have a fair opportunity to purchase product.

Pre-registration will ONLY be available in person at ETB Games or over the phone.

To register, you’ll need:

• Name
• Phone number
• Pokémon Play! ID
• Which products you would like reserved

Limit: ONE of each SKU per person, while supplies last.

Your requested product will be set aside, but you will not pay for it until the tournament concludes.

To receive your reserved product, you must check in by 7:00 PM AND complete the tournament.

Late arrival, failure to participate, or dropping before the tournament concludes will result in your reserved product being forfeited and returned to general inventory.

GENERAL PRODUCT SALES

General sales will begin at 7:00 PM once tournament registration closes.

At that time, any inventory not reserved for checked-in tournament players will become available to the public, with the same one-per-person, per-SKU limit.

Players who complete the tournament will also still receive a raffle ticket for our 30th Anniversary UPC giveaway when it releases November 6th!

We know this change isn’t ideal, and we greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. Our goal is to make the best of circumstances outside our control while keeping product distribution as fair as possible.

We’ll see everyone Wednesday, September 16th for our 30th Anniversary celebration!

Join us at ETB Games tomorrow, Friday, August 7th, for Prerelease Night of The Hobbit MTG! Crafts are available for children to have fun and solve puzzles!

Event Entry Fee: $39.99 charge before event begins.

Prizes provided after event fully concludes! Event begins at 7:30 pm, store opens at 1:00 pm. The Hobbit product including Play Booster Boxes, Scene Boxes, and Play Booster Packs are available for sale upon store opening. We'd love to have you!
