It’s been a hot minute…or two since I made soap. 🧼 Life has been solely focused around a very special crystal shop and making ALL of the incense I can muster. 😂

However, tonight it is back to my roots creating loaves of the product that started it all. In six short weeks, these delicious smelling babies will be ready and available in-store at Crystal Haus in Appleton, Happy Rocks in Sheboygan, Let It Bake in Green Bay, and Willow & Ash Decor Co. in Shawano.

Oh, and if you’re new here, welcome. I started Gilded Herb 8 years ago when one of my best friends taught me how to make soap using Cold Process. It helped my family and their skin issues so I have kept going with it ever since. And then I obviously expanded from there.

Welcome to Gilded Herb and all the craziness we have going here. You know I’ll show you the cut in about a week. 😘

I will also be making more soap on Tuesday next week so if you have any requests, mention them in the comments!

✨Four years ago, we opened the doors to this little boutique with a dream, a whole lot of hope, and no way of knowing just how much this community would change our lives.

Today, with full hearts and tear-filled eyes, it’s time to say goodbye.

Closing these doors is hard. This shop has been so much more than a business—it has been a place where friendships were born, local artists found a home, laughter echoed, and strangers became family. Every purchase, every conversation, every event, every hug, and every word of encouragement helped build this.

To everyone who chose to shop small, supported local makers, attended our events, shared our posts, or simply stopped in to say “hey”-thank you. You gave this dream purpose.

We are incredibly proud of what we built over these past four years, and even more grateful for the people who made it possible.

Well I’ve been quiet on this page for quite some time but I am back! Incense have been selling like crazy lately so it’s back to the kitchen to get more made.

We’re starting with incense sticks and then I will work on the co es. For now I will be working on a restock of vanilla, Enchantress, Witchy Vibes, Natural Lemongrass, and my last ever batch of Mother Earth. The fragrance was discontinued so I am using my last little bit of it to make a small batch of incense. Once they’re gone, that will be it

These will transition to drying on Tuesday and I will start on the next round of sticks.
