We will have a great selection of romance and romantasy books for you to finish your summer reading strong (still 3 more weeks ‘til Labor Day, and 6 more weeks until the actual end of summer!)
• Blind Date with a Book! When you spend at least $40 on Saturday, you can choose a free book from our selection of wrapped ARCs (advance reading copies) based solely on its description — you never know what you’ll get, but there will be lots of amazing choices!
• Libro.fm (Libro.fm Audiobooks) will be running a sale on romance audiobooks from August 12-19, and you don’t have to be a member to take advantage of the great prices! (But we have you covered if you’d like to join — use the code SWITCH and get 3 free audiobooks + members get an extra 30% off the sale!) This is the perfect way to discover new romance reads, and every purchase supports your local bookstore! When you join, you can select The Next Chapter as “your bookstore,’ and a percentage of every purchase comes to us!
• Ground Up Coffee (Ground Up Coffee + Soda) will be set up on our patio selling specialty coffee and dirty sodas from 10am - 3pm on Saturday, so you can enjoy a delicious treat while you browse the shelves!
