🐈‍⬛🍂Clever cats are here to offer companionship and assistance in crafting🍂🐈‍⬛

Cats, especially black cats, are one of the animals commonly associated with All Hallows' Eve. In many cultures around the world, cats have both been worshipped and feared. In ancient Egypt, cats were associated with the Divine Feminine and believed to be magical protectors of people. But in the Middle Ages of Europe, cats were prosecuted by the church for their nocturnal habits and their association with women who lived happily alone. This where the idea of black cats bringing in bad luck in particular sources from. However in Scotland, black cats are believed to bring in good luck and are often kept as pets by sailors as a cat on board a ship is said to bring good fortune. Unfortunately, black cats are still the least adopted cats in shelters due to lingering superstition. In reality, black cats can make just as wonderful a companion as any other cat.
