We’re feeling Fall over here. 🖤

There’s just something about fall that feels like an invitation.

To pull out the black. Add the gold. Wear the good lipstick. Light the candle. Pour something delicious in one of the nice glasses. And maybe add just a tiny bit of sparkle to an ordinary Wednesday. ✨

That’s the feeling behind this fall’s She’s Native box.

This box is also a little extra special for the two of us. It’s one of the last two boxes Laci created and curated, and one of the first we get to celebrate with you together as She’s Native steps into its next chapter.

Meet Denise Coots, the woman behind Freestyle Fitness & Nutrition. 💪

After more than a decade working as a hospital dietitian, Denise knew she wanted something different. She wanted to be closer to her family AND help women build healthier, stronger lives in a way that actually worked in real life.

So in 2020, she started small classes right in her garage.

And that little garage dream? It grew. ❤️

Today, Freestyle Fitness & Nutrition is a full-service gym + virtual At-Home Program built to help busy women get stronger without the fads, extremes or constant guesswork.

Denise describes the heartbeat of Freestyle with one word: REALNESS.

Real women. Real lives. Real support. And an approach to fitness + nutrition that's actually sustainable.
