What a job! I had initially put on new boots and replaced the heat tape all over the suit. Then I did a leak test and found that the zipper was total trash.

What am I doing today? Repairing a geoduck harvester’s drysuit. It’s hard on the knees for sure. There’s a small puncture in the boot and the back spine is split. Easy to repair. Sometimes it takes up to three layers of sealant. I have seen much much worse than this and was able to repair it. I have already installed a new BDM #6 zipper.

So if you’ve got punctured boots, send them to the Frogman’s daughter aka me. It’s a lot cheaper to repair the boots than replace them.

Heavy duty drysuit pockets with removable glow stick holder. Pockets are made out of Cordura or 1000 denier depending on color. They can be made to either Velcro onto your suit or permanently attached to your suit.

I still have to sew on the pocket pads and make the pockets. It’s so close to being done.
