🚨 H**P BAN UPDATE 🚨Ok so yesterday the House passed the continuing resolution that pushes the h**p ban back another month. It still has to get signed by the president, but assuming that happens, we've got 30 more days to keep fighting for h**p businesses across the country. The new h**p ban date, once signed by the president, will be December 11, 2026.
Honestly the biggest problem we're up against is all the shady stores out there marketing this stuff to kids like smoke shops, gas stations, you know the ones, along with those also selling addictive products like Kratom and 7-OH. Right now our main focus is getting lawmakers to actually see that there are good actors in this industry too, companies like us who want to follow the rules as they were written 8.5 years ago. We don't want it marketed to kids either which is why we're all for making it 21+, third-party tested, etc.
So if you want to help us keep our doors open, speak up for the companies actually doing this the right way.
