Huge shoutout to Crackshot Preparedness for sending over this package.

This isn’t a review—just an unboxing and first look at everything they sent my way. The Individual Trauma Kit came fully loaded, and they didn’t stop there. They also threw in a Scallywag Tactical neck knife, compass, shirt, stickers, and a bunch of other extras.

First impressions? The quality looks awesome, the kit is packed with gear, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought into the setup.

The fact that people I respect are recommending my work behind the scenes means more than I can put into words.

Started this thing in a little shop hoping to make decent holsters. Now y’all got me hearing stories about my gear ending up in some pretty wild places.

Another pile headed to the post office.

Rocking the daily carry setup, the watch, and one of the limited-edition CQC coins. Rumor has it there might be coordinates to buried treasure hidden on it… but you’ll have to figure that part out yourself.

This was actually the second USPS run of the day. The mail carrier does the usual pickup around 12:30, and anything I finish after that gets loaded up and driven to the post office before they close. Blessed to be this stressed , but seeing stacks of customer orders going out the door never gets old.

Appreciate every single one of y’all keeping this one-man shop busy. Time to get back in the workshop and make tomorrow’s post office pile even bigger.

Dual layer done right.

Gold on the inside, “F**k the ATF” on the outside.

Not everyone’s cup of tea, but neither is waiting on permission to have an opinion. Built the same way every dual-layer leaves the shop: .080” over .080”, lifetime warranty against cracking or separation, and made one at a time right here in the workshop.

This one definitely won’t be mistaken for anyone else’s.

If y’all have noticed I’ve been posting a lot more lately, there’s a reason.

I kinda got post shy for a while because every time I post, y’all buy. And not just a little. Which is a good problem to have, but it definitely keeps a one-man shop busy.

Then I was talking to another guy in the industry and he hit me with, “You probably make about 3-5 holsters a day.”

I took that personally.

If it takes me 18 hours to get 3-5 orders done, I need to shut this place down and go get a real job.

So expect a lot more content. More shop updates, more behind-the-scenes, more finished builds, more weird ideas that probably shouldn’t work but somehow do.

The reality is this shop runs on caffeine, bad decisions, and refusing to quit when normal people would have gone to bed six hours ago.

Back to work.

Little something different headed out the door tonight. Normally I don’t offer custom engraving like this, but every once in a while the right project comes along and you just gotta run with it.

Clean lines, solid retention, and a little extra personality worked into the build. We out here doing a whole lotta club s**t.

Another late night in the shop. Five at a time, every time.

These five are wrapped in Cordura, hand finished, cleaned up, checked over, and headed one step closer to their new homes. No shortcuts, no rushing the process—just putting in the hours and making sure every holster leaves here looking the way I’d want my own gear to look.

The orders keep coming, so we’re keeping the machines running and the coffee flowing. Back to work.
