Well, people will never cease to amaze me! I noticed a couple go out the back side of the drive through canopy and look around the side yard. Wondering what they were doing, I walked over to the window and watched them walk back out the driveway. The lady was holding a branch from my hydrangea bush! I would have cut her one, but to walk over and just take it and walk away is a little much. Didn't even come in and ask! Maybe people will understand when I say I'm just a little disappointed in people any more.
Last night while getting ready for today, I noticed that a coffee table I had looked a little odd. I turned it over and apparently someone had either sat on it or stood on it and broke one whole side down. Oh well!
I also have, as some of you know, a display of model and hand made airplanes. I did hear a crash, but no one said anything. Later I found one of the jet models was apparently dropped on the floor. All the wheels were broken off and piled next to it on the shelf.
I don't think I have ever charged anyone for breaking something in my shop, but at least have the decency to let me know!
Rant over, sorry, but not sorry! It has gotten alot worse.
PS: I had one older couple in and refused to pay the sale price for their items, she insisted she pay full price! ❤️
