Thanks for joining our live show! Some changes have been made to our live show policies. Please read before claiming an item.
â¨To claim an item, please comment âSoldâ with the item number of the piece youâd like. To keep it fair, comments are read in the order they appear on our screen. Due to internet lag, comments may appear differently on your screen than ours. In the event that more than one person claims an item, we double check our screen to see who showed up first. If you ever miss out on something youâd like, just reach out after the show and we will do our best to find something similar for you. If you donât hear us responding to your comment, please try to send it again. FB has been known to filter out certain comments or people from show to show. Adding emojis to your âsoldâ comments is encouraged as it may help the algorithm pick up your comment.
â¨If you are a first time buyer OR if your email/shipping info has changed, please message us with your email address and your shipping information directly after the show.
â¨Invoicing is done via PayPal, but you donât need a PayPal account for this, just a regular email address. We typically send invoices out within 24 hrs of the show. We ask that you please pay your invoices within 48 hours so we can get your box out in a timely manner.
â¨We ship packages out on Weds, Thurs, Fri & Sat each week. Once your invoice has been paid, your box will be sealed and sent out on the next shipping day. We use USPS Ground for most packages, so rates are determined by your zip code and the weight of the order. Shipping starts at $5 and is rarely above $15 anywhere in the US.
â¨We do offer box building to help combine shipping costs for you from show to show. If you decide to build a box, we will invoice you after each show (please continue to pay your invoices like normal) and your shipping cost will be calculated and added to your last invoice when your box is full and ready to go. Boxes can be held for as many or as few shows as youâd like, or until your box (12âx12âx12â) is full. If you would like to build a box, please message us directly after the show so we can work out the details before sending your invoice.
â¨Orders that are picked up and paid for in store within 7 days will receive 10% off, excluding consignment items. This discount will also apply to anything else you find in the shop while youâre here. If youâd like us to hold your pickup box for longer than 1 week, please let us know via message. Depending on how long it will be before you visit, we may ask that you pay via PayPal to keep your box up to date.
â¨Wheel spin discounts on tonightâs show will only apply to normally priced items (not sale/consignment items) and they cannot be stacked with the pickup discount. In the event that you spin multiple discounts, we will apply them as best we can. For example, if you happen to spin the â50% off one itemâ tag and also the â20% off your orderâ tag, you will receive 50% off the highest priced item in your box and 20% off the rest.
â¨To keep things fair for all viewers, please no âput backsâ during or after the show. If you claim an item, you are agreeing to purchase it.
