Our hearts are with everyone affected by this tragedy. Workers, families, first responders, and our whole community are carrying a lot right now.

The effects of yesterday's tragedy continue to ripple thru our community. We're all hurting, especially the families who are missing loved ones. And the last thing these families need is to have the burden of uncertain finances. The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Central Labor Council and the Longview/Kelso Building Trades Council have set up an account to accept donations for the families affected by the disaster at the Nippon Dynawave facility.

All donations can be dropped off at the Longshoreman's Federal Credit Union. Just let them know why you're there and they'll make sure it gets into the right account.
